Deposits
All deposits and session fees are non refundable, but transferable if rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment. Credits have to be used within 90 days of original appointment date or else all funds are forfeited.
Proofing your Photos.
All sessions, unless otherwise noted, require a viewing session. Viewing sessions will be made 1-3 weeks after your shoot, depending on availability. -Missed or rescheduled viewings are subject to a $25 fee -Viewing sessions are an hour long. Most clients take about 30 minutes. Failure to make final decision and request for an additional viewing is subject to a $25 fee, and subject to availability. -Online galleries are available however you then forfeit your collections credit.
How Collections Credits Work
All session fees include a credit to purchase photos. Each session has a set amount indicated when you book your session. Your credit can be used to purchase digital files or prints depending on your preference. For example, with a $200 collections credit can buy you a matted and mounted 8×10 print + 1 corresponding digital file. If you choose a larger package like a metal wall portrait, you can apply the $200 toward the wall portrait and only pay the difference. Retouching
All photos come “retouched.” This means basic skin smoothing, Cropping, Color Styling, Clarity.
Photography During Session
ABSOLUTELY no photography or video, during session. This includes your cell phone. The session will be cut short if you are asked more then once to put away your phone.
A behind the scene video is available for $199. This service MUST be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
Animals in the Studio
We LOVE Pets! So of course, All pets are allowed in the studio.
