Mistake #5. Forgetting to get smaller group shots during your family photo session
Chances are, you first booked a family photo session because you want some beautiful photos of the entire family together. But don’t be afraid to mix it up a little. Get a few photos of just mom and dad. Plan for the kids to take a photo together. And if time allows, you could even get a shot or two of each family member individually. (Of course, if you’re looking for more extensive individual portraits, we’d recommend booking a separate session!)
